Rooms with triple or quad occupancy that require breakfast vouchers will need to advise the front desk upon check-in, vouchers are added as an incidental charge at $18.00/per guest/per day, plus taxes.

Hotel Policies
All guests are responsible for the following code of conduct established by the hotel. The code of conduct includes guidelines for behavior that are expected of guests while on premises. All Reservations booked under the Team will be required to sign a copy of these guidelines at check-in.

We are a zero-tolerance hotel in regards to noise level; Running in the hallways or public space, profanity and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Respect Hotel property: Guests should take care not to damage hotel property and use facilities appropriately. Any damages caused by the guest are the responsibility of the guest to pay for. No physical sports activity (hockey, volleyball etc.), in common spaces such as; hotel lobby, restaurant atrium or guestroom hallways.
We reserve the right to request that team members return to designated rooms if their behavior is deemed unacceptable by our Manager on Duty or hotel associates. Failure to do so may result in eviction with no refund.
Should the Wyndham Edmonton Hotel & Conference Centre need to rebate a portion or fully compensate room rates to other guests who have lodged a complaint regarding your group, you will be responsible for payment of such rebates and or full refund. This balance will be assessed to the method of payment that was secured to confirm your reservation or guestroom block.

All hotel guests acknowledge that he/she uses the facility at their own risk.
Fitness Exercise Rooms is adult only – 18 years and older.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult when using the pool facilities.
The pool area maximum capacity is 25 people at the Wyndham.
